These terms govern your use of Press Release Distribution AI. By using the service you agree to them.
1. Account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to distribute content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise violates our editorial guidelines.
3. Billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period.
4. Content ownership
You own your content. You grant us the rights necessary to distribute, store and process it for the service.
5. AI output
AI-generated drafts are suggestions; you are responsible for verifying and approving them before publication.
6. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or our editorial guidelines.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". Our liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email.
